Why this matters

The Clean Energy and Pollution Reduction Act, SB 350, was signed into law in 2015 to push California toward aggressive renewable energy and greenhouse gas reduction goals. It increased renewable electricity requirements, expanded state oversight, and placed additional compliance burdens on utilities and consumers.

While the intention was to promote clean energy, the reality for many homeowners has been rising electricity rates and long term cost pressure from utilities such as Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Southern California Edison, San Diego Gas and Electric, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and Glendale Water and Power. Year after year, customers see higher bills with limited control.

Our mission

Our mission is simple, protect Southern California homeowners from rising utility costs. We work directly with property owners to reduce electricity expenses by 20 to 25 percent or more, lock in predictable long term energy costs, eliminate exposure to annual rate increases, and help families regain financial control.

We are not just another program. We are a cost reduction strategy built around ownership, transparency, and long term savings. Instead of accepting escalating utility rates under state mandates, we help clients move into smarter energy structures that prioritize savings, stability, and independence.

What we stand for

Lower bills, long term financial security, fair access to clean energy, and real savings, not temporary discounts.

Our goal is not political. Our goal is practical. We fight rising costs by giving homeowners a clear, proven path to reduce what they pay today and for decades to come.
